You may feel more safe and able to open up by not meeting in person or you may feel restricted by time or travelling. Meeting online via webcam allows us to be face to face enabling the therapeutic process to flow in a similar way to meeting in person.
I offer online therapy through video/webcam via a safe and secure protected platform called doxy.me. It is HIPAA and GDPR compliant with encryption, meaning I can offer you a safe and secure way of sharing whatever you feel the need to bring. There is nothing for you to download just a simple link to follow to my private “therapy room”.
Counselling online offers you the flexibility to have sessions at a time and place that suites you. You only have to make time for yourself in a safe and quiet place, free of interruptions where you will not be overheard and have a reliable safe device with a webcam.
